IDF publishes identity of soldier killed by Hezbollah missile

Allowed for publication: Slain Soldier names as Sergeant Major Ephraim Ben Amram who passed away from his injuries. He was seriously wounded after a Hezbollah drone attack late last month before succumbing to his wounds.

Sergeant Major (res.) Ephraim Ben Amram, may his memory be blessed, was injured several weeks ago as a result of a Hezbollah anti-tank missile. It has been permitted to publish that he passed away earlier as a result of his injuries. Sergeant Major (res.) Ephraim Ben Amram, 25 years old from Misgav HaMa'alot, passed away after being injured by an anti-tank missile in June.

Sergeant Major Ephraim Ben Amram, a reservist soldier in Battalion 53 of Division 188, was injured June 30th when he was hit by an anti-tank missile fired by Hezbollah in the border area with Lebanon. He was one of 19 troops injured in the drone attack against an Army base in Merom Golan.

Now, several weeks after his injury, he has passed away due to the injuries he sustained. Details regarding the funeral will be published later according to the family's wishes.

His death marks the 18th soldier to be killed by Hezbollah since October 7th with their daily attacks also resulting in the death of 12 civilians.
