Prime Minister Netanyahu announced an end to the war cabinet today (Monday) following the departure of Gantz's party from the government.

The decision also came following pressure from Minister Ben Gvir to be a part of the war cabinet and Minister Smotrich's demand that the war cabinet not issue instructions alongside those of the regular cabinet.

However, a limited forum for decision making will still continue to exist, which includes Netanyahu, Defense Minister Gallant, Shas Party chairman Deri and Strategic Affairs Minister Ron Dermer.
