The return of Delta and United Airlines to Israel this week, providing regular daily flights to and from the United States, is expected to significantly reduce the cost of such flights in general, according to Kann 11 News.

Per Kann, while flights to the US currently cost almost $2,000, by June 12, a United flight to the US will cost under $1,000. Prices expected to continue to decline over the coming months, with Delta and United both offering flights to and from the US in July at under $1300.

Flights with one layover are also expected to come down in price, with an Air Europa flight with one layover in Madrid expected to cost $904 in mid-July.
