A red color siren was heard today (Friday) in the Upper Galilee due to a hostile aircraft from Lebanon penetrating Israeli air space.

The IDF Spokesperson stated that air defense operators successfully intercepted the aircraft.

The Local Council of Julis informed residents that at least two successful interceptions were conducted over Julis and Yarka, one of them without a siren. Fragments of the interception were located in Yarka.

Magen David Adom also reported a 43-year-old woman in the Yarka area who was very lightly injured by interception fragments.
