IDF forces and civilians have launched a vigorous search for a 14-year-old who left a farm in the Binyamin region of Judea and Samaria to graze his sheep this morning. There is fear of a security incident connected to the nearby Arab villages or a safety incident of falling into a pit or dehydration.

The boy left at 6 a.m. with the sheep from the Malachei HaShalom farm near Shiloh and has not yet returned. In an unusual coarse of events, the herd returned home without him and loved ones are fearful for his life.

As a result, a volunteer police force was established that is currently looking for the teen. The search is led by the commander of the Binyamin Brigade, Liron Biton. The IDF and police forces that are searching the area were also joined by trackers, Unit 636, the council's security department and many volunteers.

The forces, together with the members of the security division and the land department of the regional council, are scanning the area using drones and other tools.

The Binyamin Regional Council stated that the boy's family had been informed and that a joint department has been established consisting of members of the local council, army, police, and rescue unit. There is no need for additional volunteers.
