Watch: IDF encircles east Hamad neighborhood in Khan Yunis

Working under the 98th Division, a Givati combat team is eliminating terrorists and locating safehouses and weapons warehouses in this Hamas bastion.

Operating under the 98th Division, a Givati Brigade combat team is working to root out terrorists and terrorist capabilities in the Hamad neighborhood of Khan Yunis, considered a major Hamas bastion within the city.

According to the IDF Spokesperson, soldiers have located terrorist safehouses in the neighborhood, including shells, bombs, ammunition boxes, AK-47s, and mortar rounds.

An attack helicopter also struck a terrorist infrastructure used by perpetrators of October 7, killing four terrorists hiding inside.
