The IDF announced (Sunday) that during a raid on schools in the Sheikh Radwan neighborhood in Gaza, hundreds of weapons and means of warfare were found and terrorists who were hiding in the building were eliminated.
According to a statement from the IDF spokesman, forces from the 401st Brigade Combat Team in the 162nd Division and Shayetet 13 fighters carried out a targeted raid based on intelligence information at schools in the Sheikh Radwan neighborhood in Gaza City. During the raid, the forces eliminated terrorists who were in the compound.
In addition, the IDF points out, after investigations carried out by the field investigators of Unit 504, dozens of terrorists were transferred for further investigation in the territory of the country. In the schools, adjacent to the mosques and residential buildings, hundreds of weapons were located, including grenades, weapons, RPG missiles, explosives and various media.
