Sirens Heard in Eilat; Arrow System Intercepts Missile
Sirens were heard in Eilat, as the Arrow defense system intercepted a missile fired towards the city. Magen David Adom said no reports of hits or casualties have been received.

Sirens were heard a short time ago (Wednesday) in Eilat. Magen David Adom stated that as of now, no reports have been received of hits or casualties.
The IDF Spokesperson stated that “following up on warnings in the area of the city of Eilat, a surface-to-surface missile was identified as launched towards the territory of the State of Israel and was successfully intercepted by fighters of the air defense, via the Arrow long-distance defense system. The target did not cross into Israeli territory, and was not a threat to citizens. The warning siren was activated according to policy.”
