The war enters its 58th day.

The IDF Spokesperson stated that two days after the return to active fighting at the end of the hostage deal with the Hamas terror organization, the IDF expanded its activity to additional areas in the Gaza Strip. This morning (Sunday) the IDF Spokesperson in Arabic appealed to the residents of Khan Yunis, calling on them to evacuate their homes to the refugee camp in the south of the Strip.

The statement read: “Dear residents of the Gaza Strip, the IDF renewed its energetic activity against Hamas and additional terrorist organizations in the strip. In order to ensure your safety and security: to the residents of the neighborhoods of Al-Mahatta, Al-Katiba, Hamad, Al-Satar, Bani Suhaila and Ma’an for your security, we invite you to move to the recognized displaced shelters in the neighborhoods of Al-Fukhari, Al-Shaboura, Al-Zuhur, and Tal Al-Sultan.”

The IDF has struck over 400 terror targets throughout the Strup, including over 50 targets in an extensive strike in the Khan Yunis area. Soldiers of the 551st Brigade’s combat team also eliminated terrorists and terror infrastructures in the Beit Lahiya area with tank and air fire.
