Today, (Friday), with everyone waiting to see the IDF enter Gaza, former Prime Minister Naftali Bennet called for not being quick to send in the troops and continuing to operate from the air. He called on the IDF to act smart to avoid further harm to soldiers.

“Pound, pound, pound. Properly. The IDF is using fire on a large scale against Hamas to pave the way for our forces,” Bennet wrote on Facebook. “Patience. We have time. Don’t send in forces hastily. We have an enormous aerial and artillery advantages and the enemy is hiding in foxholes and in tunnels.”

“I know everyone wants immediate entry, but our job is to do it right and not what’s popular. Pound, pound, pound the Nazi enemy, before the introduction of our soldiers, our boys,” Bennet clarified. “Pound those Nazis with firepower which has never been seen before.”

“The enemy surprised us and chose his time. Now, we don’t need to work according to their timing,” he summarized. “Let those terrorists dry out and rot waiting, with uncertainty, under the islands of rubble it brought on itself. Let a thousand terrorist mothers weep on the other side and not one more mother on ours.”
