  • Graham cracker base
  • 750 grams cream cheese
  • 4 large eggs
  • 3/4 C sugar
  • 2 TBSP cornstarch
  • 1 drop vanilla extract

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C).
  2. Beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth and creamy.
  3. Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
  4. Stir in the vanilla extract.
  5. Pour the cheesecake batter over the graham cracker crust and smooth the top with a spatula.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes.
  7. Switch off the oven and leave the cake inside for an additional 30 minutes.
  8. Open the oven door and let the cake cool.
