At the conclusion of the shofar blowing on Rosh Hashanah, in some communities, it is customary to blow the last shofar blast known as the "teki'ah gedola" or an extended "teruah" (in some communities, they blow a "great teruah").

Achiya Namat from Giv'at Shmuel blew the shofar for a duration of one minute and fifteen seconds (75 seconds), making it the longest shofar blast we have ever seen. From our perspective, he is a Guinness World Records contender.
