A Jewish victim of the neo-Nazi known as "Brutus the Goy," who was recently jailed for spreading antisemitic propaganda in his hometown, described his experience of verbal harassment as "completely sickening" and is now contemplating whether to stay in the UK.

Mark, from Hertfordshire, was at a car-boot sale in West Manchester with his wife and two children when Robert Taylor confronted him, calling him a “synagogue of Satan,” repeatedly uttering “gas,” and shouting “Heil Hitler.”

“When you experience something like this alone, it feels manageable," Mark told the JC this week. “But when your family is affected, it’s a whole other level of distress, and it’s completely sickening.”

Far-right extremist Taylor, 38, was sentenced to four years in prison, with an additional year under extended license, after pleading guilty to multiple charges of inciting racial hatred, including several offenses under the Terrorism Act, at Manchester Crown Court on Friday.

It has since emerged that Taylor was affiliated with the transnational neo-Nazi group known as the Goyim Defence League (GDL), which is linked to the spread of far-right extremism in the UK.

A new report by the Community Security Trust (CST) reveals how this shadowy online network, which originated in the United States, is radicalizing individuals in Britain to commit antisemitic hate crimes.
