Haredi man in Jerusalem: "Master of the Universe, Please kill Gali Baharav-Miara"

We have all had enough of Gali Baharav-Miara. But there are more productive and appropriate ways of expressing one's anger.

A man in his 40s was arrested last night at Jerusalem's Central Bus Station after being spotted holding a sign calling for harm to Government Legal Advisor Gali Baharav-Miara. The sign read "Master of the Universe, kill Gali Baharav-Miara and her supporters."

Police officers responded to the scene, arrested the suspect, and confiscated the inflammatory sign. The suspect was taken for questioning at the central Jerusalem police station and will appear in court today (Thursday) for a detention hearing.

Yesterday (Wednesday), the Knesset held a debate initiated by coalition members regarding the conditions for dismissing Israel's Attorney General Gali Baharav-Miara. The coalition faced embarrassment when the proposal was narrowly rejected by a vote of 41 to 40.
