Rav Avraham Noach and Devorah Paley celebrated the birth of a baby boy last Thursday. This is the couple's second child born since the heartbreaking loss of their young sons, Asher Menachem and Yaakov Yisrael, in a car-ramming attack in Jerusalem's Ramot neighborhood approximately 18 months ago.

The new arrival comes amid a series of recent family celebrations. Last week, the Paleys marked the bar mitzvah of their son Moshe, who survived the same attack that claimed his brothers' lives. The family also recently celebrated the engagement of their eldest daughter.

Rav Avraham Noach, who was severely injured in the incident, has made a remarkable recovery. He now leads the Toras Asher V'Yaakov Kollel in Ramot, named in memory of his late sons.

Just a month after the tragic event, the Paleys welcomed their first son born following the attack, naming him Yehonasan Raphael.

In a related simcha, Chaya Henig, whose husband also lost his life in the Ramot attack, remarried on Tuesday in Jerusalem.
