A 40-year-old teacher from the Breslov community in Jerusalem was arrested late last night (Tuesday).

Police suspect he's been abusing his students, possibly leaving them with physical injuries. The arrest came after they received a tip about the alleged abuse. The teacher, who works at "Breslov Shul" in Jerusalem, is now in jail and set to face a judge today.

Detectives from the Zion District's crime unit are handling the case. They believe this might not be an isolated incident and are urging the public to speak up if they know anything.

"If you've got info about other children who might have been hurt by this man, don't keep it to yourself," a police statement read. They're asking people to call 100 or go to their local station to report anything suspicious.

The community is still processing the news. For now, all eyes are on the courthouse, waiting to see what happens next in this troubling case.
